Registration
Participants must complete their registration a minimum of 5 business days prior to the class date. Complete registration requires payment in full to be received by Bangert Computer Systems 5 days prior to the class date.  Payment may be made by check, Master Card or Visa, or by prepaid support account.  Upon receipt of your registration if you do not have a Bangert Computer Systems Pre Paid Support Account with sufficient credit available, you will be contacted for your credit card account number.   

Cancellation Policy
Bangert Computer Systems reserves the right to cancel courses due to low registration. Participants will be notified of cancellations 5 business days prior to the class date and given a full refund. In the event that a class is cancelled, participants will be presented with alternative training options that reflect the inconvenience of our cancellation.

Participants may cancel their registration up to 5 business days before the scheduled class date and receive a full refund. Cancellations received after that point will not receive a refund.  However, participants who must cancel 5 or fewer days before the class date will receive a credit to their account to be used towards the same course, for the same person, at any of our locations within the next 6 months.  Those who do not cancel prior to the date of the course and elect not to attend the course will forfeit their entire registration fee.
