Bangert Computer Systems has a dedicated toll-free number to service your telephone support needs.  Consultants are available Monday - Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Central Time to answer your questions by calling 1-800-458-7369  We currently offer telephone support in two ways:

Annual Support and Consulting Plan:

This plan consists of two components: 1) A $500 annual fee and, 2) a $300 amount to establish a credit for your time usage.  As you use our services we will deduct $2.20 per minute for the time used from the $300 initial credit.  When your credit amount drops below $75, we will invoice you for another $300 to maintain your account.  When your anniversary date comes around, you can pay the annual fee and continue on the plan or opt for our on-demand plan.  We require that new customers subscribe to an annual support plan for one year.

On-Demand Support and Consulting Plan:

As an alternative for customers that do not need a lot of assistance, we offer the On-Demand Support plan.  This option does not require that you pay the $500 annual fee.  Instead, you can establish the account by depositing $300 as a credit on your account or by paying for each call with your credit card.  As you use our services, we will deduct $45 per call plus $4.40 per minute.  If your support needs are fewer than five calls per year, this is the most economical Timberline support service available.
